Grove Properties has purchased the three multi-family castle-like buildings on the 900 block of Talmage just north of Chouteau (916, 920, and 924 Talmage). Tipster Alex Ihnen of nextSTL.com provided this report, adding that the rehabs are to begin this Fall.
