Storyfied: Aldermanic HUDZ Committee $390M NorthSide TIF Hearing

The Aldermanic Housing, Urban Development and Zoning Committee (HUDZ) met this morning to consider changes to the $390M NorthSide TIF bill, first passed by the Board of Aldermen in 2009, a lawsuit halting the project was resolved in developer Paul McKee's favor earlier this year. Changes to the TIF are meant to "restart the clock" so to speak.
