    This video is eerily prescient. These shots appear to be taken mostly on a warm spring day. And what’s missing? People. There are hardly any people on the streets. And this is in 1963 when the city had upwards of 700,000 residents. Strange. It’s like St. Louis has always been moving away from its urban core…
