Art Deco Building in Tower Grove South Now Under Rehab

The art deco-style building at 3460 Oak Hill in Tower Grove South is receiving a $350,000 rehab. Currently formatted for 12 units, it will be renovated into six condos. More information is available in this 7/13/12 St. Louis Post-Dispatch story on the building’s rehabber, Sam Meller.
