Historic Soulard Building to be Rehabbed (1821-23 S. 9th)

A historic red brick building located at 1821-23 S. 9th Street in Soulard is now under rehab by Garcia Development Corp. The building is considered a four family by the City of St. Louis Assessor. The rehab will turn the structure into a single family unit. A $250,000 building permit was issued for the rehab yesterday.

Below is a Google Streetview capture of the building prior to rehab; crews are now on site and working on interior demolition.
