The same developers that have proposed a 4-story 107-room Hilton Home Hotel near the intersection of Taylor and Chouteau are now proposing to construct a 3-story, 10,800 square foot mixed use (retail/office) building flush with the corner (addressed as 904-920 S. Taylor).
The Forest Park Southeast Development Committee will review this project and consider offering tax abatement to it at its monthly meeting this coming Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at 5:30 p.m.

The proposed 3-story building would sit just to the south of the Hilton Home Hotel and just to the west of the now completed Aventura residential complex.
A parking lot with six spaces would sit just north of the new office/retail building. No specific retail or office tenants were noted for the building in the agenda.
