David Goldstick - Technology
Born in Chicago, and raised in Iowa, David served honorably in the Marine Corps and later graduated from Iowa State University in 2002 with a degree in Management Information Systems (IT).  Shortly after, he moved to St. Louis and began an IT career in the aerospace industry.  He initially resided in West St. Louis County and found himself exploring the more diverse, urban aspects of St. Louis -- eventually moving to the downtown loft district in 2006.  Meshing interests in both technology and urbanism, David designs, develops, and maintains the technical aspects of nextSTL.com.  When not daydreaming about new projects, he enjoys immersing himself in technology, trading, social media, photography, travel and more.

Contributors

Frank DeGraaf
Born and raised in The Netherlands, he started his career as an officer in the Royal Dutch Air Force. After earning degrees in Marketing and Finance, Frank left the Air Force to start a financial consultancy in Amsterdam where he lived and worked for more than 7 years. In early 2000 he followed an opportunity to fly business jets in the US. This is when he first set foot in St. Louis and saw the potential of (especially) downtown. Flying took him to Ft. Lauderdale in 2001, then three years in Los Angeles and finally two years in San Antonio. Landing an airline job gave him the opportunity to move back to St. Louis in 2006. Now back in marketing he's completed projects for downtown businesses such as Mosaic and Downtown Living Now. Frank is very much involved with the downtown real estate market and a huge proponent of the future China cargo hub at Lambert. He lives on Washington Avenue with his wife Jennifer.
