New Home Headed for Forest Park Southeast (4401 Gibson)

New Home Headed for Forest Park Southeast (4401 Gibson)

A new single family home may soon be constructed in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood on one of two vacant lots located at 4401-03 Gibson. The city received the $250,000 building permit application last week from Pagano Land Development. That permit has not yet been issued. Pagano submitted plans to Park Central Development in late 2013 that called for the construction of three new homes. One of these, located at 4448 Chouteau (just a block away), has been constructed.

Below is a site plan that shows what the two vacant lots might look like with a build-out of both proposed homes.
