Opus Mid-Rise on Lindell Takes a Step Forward (4643 Lindell)

The Opus Group mixed-use mid-rise proposal at 4643 Lindell in the Central West End took a step forward this week. A permit application is now on file with the City for grading and foundation work. The permit cost is $6.6 million. That permit has not yet been issued. Furthermore, no demolition permit is yet on file to remove the small American Heart Association building currently on the site.

Even so, this building permit application is a good sign that the project is moving forward after months of inactivity.

Below is the latest rendering of the proposal, which would occupy the northeast corner of Euclid and Lindell:
